How the sessions work

We run free appointments at CGA every Tuesday and Thursday, from 9:00am (last appointment 12:00pm). Each appointment is one hour. Book a time on the calendar below.

  • Come even if you're unsure whether you qualify — that's what the session is for.
  • Bring what you have — photos of the damage, your ABN, any quotes, invoices, receipts and insurance details.
  • You're welcome to bring a support person — an interpreter, a family member or your accountant.

What to bring

None of this is required to come in — don't worry if you don't have it all. It's just handy to bring what you can, as it helps us move faster on your application:

  • Your ABN and business details
  • A business bank statement from February/March 2026
  • Proof of employee numbers (e.g. tax return, BAS or profit & loss statement)
  • Photos or videos of the cyclone/flood damage
  • Quotes, invoices, receipts and proof of payment, if you have them
  • Property ownership or lease documents, and insurance details
